Description

This will include advising and supporting on general fitness for work including
fitness testing where required, ill health and back to work strategies, health
surveillance including HAVs and night worker assessment, Drug and Alcohol testing
services, Local Government and Fire Service pension issues, Wellbeing, health
promotion and absence reduction strategies. This may also include such services as
vaccination programmes for seasonal flu and Hepatitis A&B, first day absence
management service, workplace assessments relating to adjustments for both short and
long term issues, physiotherapy referral and treatment service
