The aim of the Procurement function is to make a recognised and measurable cost effective contribution to the success of the University of Northampton and the achievement of its strategic aims. The objective is to ensure that the university acquires goods and services of optimum quality based on good procurement practice and in compliance with regulatory requirements, using competitive procurement processes to obtain best value for money.
